The staff were so helpful! it was unbelievable. We had a car problem and they try for us every where...call for us and were so patient and support us warmly. We like our rooms and especially the breakfasts and dinars by the waiter Aleks. We has our best 3 days in Bulgaria in Shiroka Laka hotel!!!
