Located 5 miles from Smithville and 10 miles to the nearest Center Hill Lake access.
Bedroom # 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom #3 has a full bed. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TVs w/Ruko in Bedroom #1 and Living Room, new appliances including cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, toaster, coffee maker and more.
Bathroom #1 has tub w/shower. Bathroom #2 is a full bathroom with walk in shower.
Note - There is a room on the end of the home which currently used for storage that is not part of the rental unit and is not accessible to guests.

Quick last minute trip

Quick last minute trip to visit local family. The house was nicely appointed and well taken care of. Nice quiet country setting, but not so far out from town if you find you have forgotten something and need a quick trip to the store. Enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the farmer mow the hay. Host was detailed on directions and rules of the house, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely book this house in the future.
