This was the worst stay ever in a hotel. It started with me arriving 2 hours early and asking for early check in availability. The Front desk told me my room was ready, but I would have to pay $25 to go in early. This was an empty room just sitting there. I've never had this happen in any other hotel around the world - ever! When I brought some friends to the bar, and they asked for a basic drink, the bar staff didn't know how to make it. When my friend changed their order, they weren't sure about how to make a "Rum and Coke". When I ordered a drink that is normally kept in a freezer, the bar staff was surprised and asked me if that was the normal way to store it. The staff is not trained, and the feeling was this hotel was penny pinching to a high degree. I won't even get into the breakfast. It was a poor experience.

Staff was very accommodating and the facilities were clean. Breakfast was lovely. The beds were very soft and the pillows were very large with no option for thinner ones. I would rate the hotel overall as excellent but the sleep quality would be rated fair.
