All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room overlooking the main road at the front of the property which was quite noisy. The main negative is the car parking charge of £16 per day

They didn’t clean the room even though we put the card for cleaning and also when left the garbage in the room I had to clean the room myself.

Bedding was dirty and stained, carpets were filthy and full of dust. Toilet flush had a problem and could hear it throughout the night. We arrived and our rooms were not ready. The lady at the desk was amazing though.

When we checked in with our 6 month old grandson the room was occupied by other customers - which we were told should not happen with their system .... it did! In the second room we were assigned, we found a maintenance person unblocking a shower drain, when we were told he would be setting up the crib and sofa bed. When we returned to the reception the manager asked us to wait 10 minutes - which turned into 25 minutes, while they retrieved our crib from the first room and set up a sofa bed in a third room. When we eventually entered our room, there were only two towels for the 4 of us, and 2 cups and saucers. In consolation we were offered a single beverage. While waiting for the third room, the manger showed my daughter to a baby changing facility which had no paper towels. All in all, I have no hesitation in saying this was the worse check in I have ever experienced and we will never stay here again.

This property is always place to stay for me. I’ve been coming here for years and the service is just great! Nice spread for breakfast and Lima is always pleasant and helpful in the dining room. Amandi is so kind and a very attentive housekeeper. Front desk staff are always helpful with great advice and suggestions. I love it here.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times as it gives us easy access to London. We booked 2 rooms this time, one of the rooms was very smelly with wet carpets. We reported this to the reception and luckily they offered us another room which was much better. My mum also found a hair in her breakfast, cleanliness and hygiene can definitely be improved!
