We booked three nights here and had a great stay. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean - there are eco options on room cleaning which we liked. The spa was a treat for a great massage (Karen was my masseuse.) My sister came up ill on our last stay and reception desk was able to extend our stay a fourth night even while booked up. Many thanks!!!

I was only able to sleep a couple of hours a night because of the air not circulating in the room. The Air conditioning system would turn off completely every 30 minutes to two hours. If you need air circulation in your room to sleep, this is definitely not the place to stay right now. The first time I asked for assistance to address the issue, they simply turned it on remotely and it turned off within 2 hours. The second time I requested assistance they sent a representative to the room to show me how to push the power button. Really…. Do you think this resolved the issue of it turning off? Therefore, the problem was never resolved because they didn’t take the time to listen to the actual issue. My wife and I slept approximately 6 to 7 hours in 3 days. This is the first time we are submitting a negative review because we are careful about selecting rooms with air conditioning, so we do not have to leave the window open and risk insects coming in throughout the night.

Property appears clean but on closer examination is dirty. Stains on carpets, curtains, served a dirty glass with lipstick on it, had reserved and prepaid for a triple room and because we only have 2 people in our party they attempted to give us a smaller room. The shower and tub facet didn’t work properly. Would not recommend.

We really liked the food! The Waves Bar was very delicious and the service was very good. I would recommend to make a reservation for the Brasserie as it can get very busy. There was some dust in the room that had a slight effect on my partner and myself throughout the night. Otherwise, the facilities and conditions were good. The location is nice and quiet and close enough to the city center by vehicle transportation.
