Huset bærer præg af forsømmelighed. Der er mange sjuskede løsninger og manglende finish. Haven trænger i den grad til oprydning og pleje. Flere af termoruderne er punkterede. Udstyrsmæssigt er huset nogenlunde, der mangler dog basaleting som fx en ostehøvl. Udsigten er fantastisk og det er et dejligt område med fin adgang til strande.
