We had two nights booked. Just driving in to the car park was problematic because someone from the staff was blocking the entertainment while the smoked a cigarette. The check in staff was indifferent and hurried - and the same smoker was hogging the reception desk. The room was in disrepair. We cancelled the reservation for next night 30 minutes after checking in - and I’m glad we did. The walls are so thin that we heard the telephone conversation from the next room until 2:00 AM. Dinner was awful. My wife sent her curry back and got a hamburger that was hardly cooked. My roast beef was dry and the mashed potatoes seemed to be cut with instant. The next morning they charged us fifty Euros because we didn’t do two nights. They said it was because Travelocity charged them that amount for commissions and that they’d be stuck with that fee if we didn’t pay. We definitely discourage the use of this place.
