Could not get into room until 6pm , there was no where to put your clothes, the was nails sticking out on the floor, tv didn’t get reception and the window didn’t close and they didn’t replace the toilet rolls so had to buy my own .

No lift. Then when we got to the room the TV was not working so Husband and I had to fix it ourselves as they had put tape on the back. We did say that it wasn’t working but still nobody came.

Don’t know how the place is still open, the rooms are nothing like they are on the online pictures, the room I had a horrible smell when we walked in, the carpet had stains on and paint, the socket on the wall wasn’t working, the shower was terrible hardly any water came out of it,the noise was terrible early hours from other people staying there, no staff at property and I messaged them saying I wasn’t happy and got ignored and tried phoning and got ignored, very disappointing would avoid this place

No one to check you in when you arrive or if you have a problem. Rooms were poorly decorated and the bathroom was disgusting. Very noisy at night due to people sitting outside and where it is located. Stones throw away from an asylum hotel where young men hang around day and night. AVOID!!!!!

please please please do not book here if you are a family or couple wanting a nice quiet break. The hotel is a hostel for certain overseas humans, smoking the green stuff inside the building halls, the place absolutely stinks of it! so so noisy, full of young men, the hotel have no clue what’s going on because the hotel is unmanned! my daughter wouldn’t even get out the car as she was terrified ! after fighting back and forth the hotel wouldn’t give us a refund even though we didn’t stay here, the room was absolutely vile! the customer service is awful, please avoid at all costs. I’ve had to do a charge back with my bank to get the money back! not worth the hassle at all. seems the management think it’s all acceptable

Advertised as queen size bed, which it wasn't and was very uncomfortable.Room seemed dirty, from carpets to windows and smelt musty and damp, especially the bathroom. Kept awake by someone constantly going up and down the stairs all night and banging.

Had to try and book in on arrival as wasn't aware it was supposed to be done online prior to arrival. No remote for TV so couldn't use. Another guest who arrived at the same time went to their room only to find someone sleeping in there so felt it was very unsafe.
