The space

Τhe villa is built on two levels. On the first level you will find a spacious kitchen-dining room (fully equipped), a living room with a large flat TV, a lounge with a fireplace, fitness room with treadmill, dumbbells and a W.C.

On the second level there are 4 bedrooms (of which 3 with double beds and one twin), two bathrooms (one in the master bedroom and one shared) and a laundry room. Also the villa has an autonomous studio, within it, with a bed and a bathroom which could be used as a service room. The villa can accommodate a total of 11 persons.

Build quality is unsurpassed and luxurious, with Italian solid wood frames, windows with double glazing, a solid Italian cuisine and underfloor heating. All spaces are air-conditioned at both levels.
