Port Alegre Penthouse
Port Alegre Attic is a duplex apartment, facing San Sebastian beach on the Port Alegre promenade. It has 2 balconies and 2 floors and is located on a 2nd floor without elevator.
The San Sebastian district is one of the most beautiful areas of Sitges. It is centrally located but in a quiet area. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so a car is not necessary. The apartment is located on a pedestrian street.
Upon entering the apartment, we find a staircase that leads us to the first floor where the kitchen and living room are located. The kitchen is open to the living room and is equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher and a small refrigerator. Simple meals can be prepared.
The living room has a round glass table, chairs, a sofa, a flat-screen TV and has access to the first balcony with spectacular sea views. Ideal for a drink at sunset or a coffee in the morning. The stairs lead to the second floor where the bedroom is. It has a double bed of 1.50 x 2 mt., with access to another private balcony. It also has sea views, a shower and hammocks to take advantage of the sun in the morning. The bathroom is small and has a shower.
The apartment has Wi-Fi, hot/cold air conditioning on both floors, a safe, iron and hair dryer. Please note that there are narrow stairs to access the apartment and there are also stairs inside.
The apartment is located on the second floor and the bedroom and bathroom are accessed via stairs. The Port Alegre Attic is a perfect apartment for couples who want to be between the centre of Sitges, the Port and have a lot of privacy.
We do not recommend staying with small children due to the number of narrow stairs in the apartment.

Arrival information:
- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50
Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
