Marketed as 4 star boutique hotel but sadly let down by condition of bedroom. Chipped furniture and peeling wallpaper did not reflect the rest of hotel. When issues including photos sent to hotel no offer of compensation just thanks for raising issue. Would not stay with this hotel group again based on this experience

Great location, lovely staff and fantastic breakfast. However, it needs to get with the 21st century. Tv has limited channels and no option of screen mirroring or access to media apps such as Netflix etc. Bedroom also had no full length mirror which was a shame. Also nowhere to hang wet towels. The rooftop pool is also very small with limited sunbathing options

We had high hopes for this hotel having heard from other people but overall found it a little disappointing. Initial impressions are really good - the lobby is bright and impressive, and the room looked good. But after a day or so the cracks started to appear. The hotel was obviously really plush when it opened but it seems that there are areas that haven’t been updated. Wallpaper in the rooms is peeling, the corridors are scuffed, one of the sinks in our room was cracked and the tap leaked, the shower door did not close properly and soaked the bathroom every time it was used (we were in 404). Toiletries are decent but no tissues in the bathroom. The WiFi is absolutely hopeless, it drops out every 30 seconds or so. The view from our window was also pretty grim - it looked like there may have been a planted area outside but now it’s just gravelly dirt. The rooftop pool is tiny and you can’t really sunbathe up there - it’s more for drinks and eating and is definitely good for that. We didn’t use the gym, spa or restaurant. Staff were friendly enough. Location though is great with easy walking to the beach, loads of bars and restaurants. I’m not sure we’d stay again - would need to know that some of the other rooms are a bit better appointed.

Junior suite has an open design so the bathroom is always in full view of the rest of the room, noise and lights in the middle of the night. And a silly unusable bathtub just waiting for someone to break a few bones as no bars to get out. Rug in room needs changing as it’s many years old. No grab bars I shower.

The property is a little older and some of the infrastructure is showing its age. For example, the 2 small elevators were working intermittently, which was very inconvenient. However, the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Great location near beach, shops and restaurants. Spa was great! Rooftop bar is nice as well. Service could be better. Buffet was very mediocre (cold eggs, slow). Tough to get service on the rooftop bar, and housekeeping was a bit underwhelming. One day with virtually no toilet paper, out of soap, no towels one day. Overall - nice hotel in a great location that could benefit from a bit of an improvement in service.

Looking tired, but still a good stay

I stayed at the MiM 6 years ago and was happy to book again for this next trip (Aug 2025) but sadly, the condition of the hotel has significantly deteriorated in that time. The deck boards outside are loose and need restraining, peeling wallpaper, cracked basin, dripping air con and stained carpets on floor 3 took the edge of what is a hotel in a great location. Staff are really pleasant and attentive (although our last night meal took an age) and it’s not especially expensive for drinks etc. Will I go back? Maybe, but will probably look for something nicer next time that would get my five stars unless the MiM has had a revamp.

A great hotel right next to the beach and within 5 minutes walk of the central areas of Sitges. The roof terrace has a great restaurant which makes amazing food including superb steaks!

Nice hotel, room was a little dated and a few areas needing minor attention, cracked glass and mirrors. Rooftop area is very nice as were most of the staff there. Gym area was disappointing with a number of machines not working, only one running machine that was broken. Needs some attention! Reception staff excellent, kind and helpful

Great Stay in the Heart of Sitges

Really nice hotel in the heart of Sitges. Staff was friendly and service was solid. We enjoyed the roof top pool though Saturday they closed it to hotel guests for a private event (little bit odd). Otherwise, all was enjoyable.

Great location and friendly hotel in Sitges

Lovely welcome from the staff, even though we were several hours early. The staff took care of our luggage for free and offered to call when the room was available (this didn’t happen as it wasn’t available before the designated check in time - which is fine). The room was spacious and clean, air con worked well. Good nights sleep! The breakfast was good - minimal for gluten free and consequently a bit pricey paying $20 for a bowl of fruit. My partner enjoyed the non GF options though. Location - tremendous! Terrace pool looked awesome, a little showy with the sunbeds so never used and went to the beach. Good (again limited for GF) but tasty, wine was excellent. Service was great. Gym was a nice added bonus, just a bit warm. Overall, lovely hotel, will stay again - for anybody gluten free there is a lovely restaurant/bar directly opposite called Federal - best meal of the week and so tasty!!

Lovely boutique hotel a block from the sea front and main shopping, restaurant and bars of Sitges. The staff were excellent and very helpful which goes a long way to make a memorable holiday. There’s a roof top terrace with bar, seating area and great views overlooks the town. Occasional music and events are held too, which can get busy with hotel and non guest. We stayed for our anniversary and took advantage of the Spa 60 minute hydrotherapy session which was fantastic. The breakfasts are very good quality and range. The waitress (name?) was so friendly, hospitable and always smiling n happy. The room booked was a junior executive suite on 6th floor with a side sea view, very spacious and huge bed. Only disadvantage was it looked tired and there was a strip of wallpaper peeling off the external wall & the furniture was dog-eared / looking old fashioned now. I’d say the hotel is ready for a full refurbishment in the next few years, to keep contemporary and in vogue with the area and MiM hotels chain. I would go again though.

Property was okay - rooftop terrace and pool is really lovely. Rooms are okay - air conditioning was struggling in our room which got the afternoon sun so it became too hot but staff tried to help out.
