We stayed Thursday night, September 21st for 1 night. Everything was closed up. We had to check into the room using a digital code, since the lobby was closed . The proprietors ran this hotel remotely. No dining or food service, the coffee shop was closed for the season, no lobby coffee since it is closed, no chair to sit on inthe room, rooms were not soundproof, I could hear the people next door talking and coughing.....not happy with this hotel at all for the price I paid. I want a refund!

Great location within half block of downtown Sister Bay. Very clean, responsive manager. Large nice smart TV. Amenities were sparse. Only 1 small lamp between beds. No USB charging or xtra outlets between beds or on dresser. No chairs, no xtra manual lock on ext door, no grab rail in shower, no rack/hook for hand towels beside sink and no coffee maker. Mattresses were soft for my taste bur reasonably supportive.

The proprietor was awesome and very accommodating. My only complaint is that I wish there had been a little bit better lighting at the bedside. If you want to read in bed you had better bring a flashlight.

Lovely new property and super clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful in getting us checked in and showing us how to use the mobile app to unlock the door. Only suggestion would be to include a couple of drinking glasses for the sink and maybe some ice. Great location and fabulous comfortable bed!
