With a bit of luck, you might even catch a glimpse of a porpoise’s dorsal fin when it swims close to the coast. Stepping through the living room into the open kitchen, you'll have a view of the large marina and the charming village of Sint-Annaland.

This four-person apartment is located on the ground floor of the Vista Maris complex. This ground-floor apartment has a chic urban design and is accessed through a central hall. The apartment comprises a living room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a balcony. 
The bright living room has been furnished tastefully. An excellent place to unwind on the couch in front of the flat-screen TV after a long day. If the weather is nice, you can slide open the doors to the garden to let the sun in. With underfloor heating in every room, this apartment makes a wonderful base even in colder temperatures. The living room leads to the open kitchen, where you will find a combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine (filter, Nespresso). 
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathroom cabinet and mirror. The apartment has two bedrooms, both furnished with bedside tables, a closet, and a box spring bed with two separate mattresses (80 x 200 cm). The bedrooms also have sliding doors that lead onto the balcony (27 m2). 
Finally, the apartment has a storage room (10 m2) and a private parking space at the marina. If you arrive with multiple cars, you can park them in a large public parking lot within walking distance of the apartment.
 

From your holiday home, you can admire the stunning natural beauty of the Oosterschelde National Park. This remarkable landscape features vast waters that extend beyond the horizon, making the water a prominent aspect of the area surrounding the apartment. However, there’s so much more to explore! Consider visiting the charming center of Sint-Annaland, which offers delightful shops and restaurants, or take advantage of the numerous scenic walking and cycling routes that wind through the characteristic Zeeland countryside.

Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m., and on departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., with the key returned to the designated collection point.Baby cots, if available, do not include bed linen, so please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided.
