Fiquei hospedada no 4º andar, no quarto 413, e encontrei um odor bem desagradável no corredor e no próprio quarto, possivelmente relacionado ao carpete. O ambiente não estava aconchegante e havia sinais de umidade. No banheiro, observei pontos escurecidos nos cantos que indicavam necessidade de uma limpeza mais detalhada. O café da manhã é simples e poderia ter mais opções de carboidratos, especialmente nos finais de semana — como variedades de pães ou itens mais quentes. Em compensação, o atendimento da recepção foi excelente: funcionários educados, prestativos e muito cordiais tanto no check-in quanto no check-out. Minha única ressalva realmente foi a parte da limpeza. (tive que editar e dizer tudo o que disse antes de forma respeitosa porque falar a verdade é proibido, elogiar pode, advertir os outros hóspedes não, vamos ver se essa avaliação eles deixam)

1° Recepcionista que nos atendeu muito gentil, demais sequer tiravam os olhos das telas quando passávamos pela recepção. No check-out fomos atendidos por uma moça muito gentil que está, provavelmente, é uma que faz a diferença no atendimento ao cliente. Quanto ao quarto: deixou a desejar um pouco na limpeza do ar condicionado que pingava água dentro do quarto e tinha no tetos uma mancha enorme de mofo. Estávamos alojados no 3° andar o que denota que não seria infiltrações de cobertura. Café da manhã, também, com equipe de pessoal que atende o cliente de forma muito limitada. Faltavam itens e demoravam na reposição. Não tem muitas opções em bolos e pães. Era preciso advinhar onde estavam os alimentos, pois, estavam colocados em duas ilhas longe uma da outra. Até uma das opções no café do dia do check-out era um bolo abatumado e outro com uma cobertura puro leite condensado e açúcar.
