The expansive views from this three bedroom unit encompass the inlet, West Palm beach and the Inter coastal. This spacious condo has a gourmet kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room and a large master suite with Marble floors throughout, Custom Kitchen Cabinets, Granite Counter tops and Miele appliances.

This is a new development with award winning accolades and amazing amenities. The development includes two pools, one on/or actually in the beach (see pictures), regular deck pool, on-site restaurant, two private movie theaters, two social rooms with pool tables, two fitness rooms, private cabanas, concierge service and private entrance. There are private cabanas and covered lounge chairs available around the pool. There are so many palm trees that you feel like you are in the Caribbean except you can go shopping in West Palm Beach! You will have access to all amenities that are managed by the Ritz Carlton.

Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $345 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.

The Ritz building was very nice. This unit we rented was in poor shape and hadn’t been maintained at all! Upon arrival we found, 5 kitchen lights burned out, dirty/stained FR carpet, window covering broken in guest room, walls/baseboard very scratched and needs a paint refresh, lock on sliding door to balcony completely missing, microwave not attached in wall and moves every time it was used, electric panel in laundry hanging off wall. Also no kitchen towels (used bath towels for drying dishes), and stained couch pillows which I washed and replaced inserts.(I was there for a month and couldn’t live with flat dirty throw pillows) I had to call maintenance and stay there one day for them to come fix the lights and a few other items, giving up a day of my vacation. Shouldn’t be my responsibility after paying a lot of money to rent for 4 weeks! VRBO has pictures documenting the condition upon arrival. I requested a credit of at least the one day I had to be there for maintenance and haven’t heard anything. Advise to stay in a different unit!

Excellent staff at the Ritz! Condo was as described and lovely view. We felt right at home! The host was quick to fix an issue concerning towels. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen equipment was efficient for cooking which we like to do. The area was quiet minus the construction work next door. We enjoyed using the facility theatre for two evenings ‘out’. All in all a wonderful place to stay!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We didn’t arrive until 2:00 AM due to plane delay, but they were ready for us when we arrived. Very easy check in and easy out. Amazing, very helpful staff during our whole stay! The staff at the pool were fun and very up beat, and you can look out at the ocean the whole time. After we finished each day at the pool, we walked out and spent time on the beautiful beach. So relaxing and just gorgeous views!More about the condo…we couldn’t have been more happy with both the condo and the views. It was incredible!! We just wanted to sit outside on the balcony because the views (and the condo) were even better in person, but it was so late that first night that we only made it about an hour and a half. It was definitely worth it, and we spent more time out there the following nights, too.We had everything we needed in the condo and just felt pampered while we were there. We didn’t want to leave, we wanted it to be our forever home!FYI…..The pictures do not do this place justice, trust me! We will definitely be back, and so very thankful we chose this condo. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay! We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous condo on Singer Island. What’s not to love when it comes to a Ritz Carlton Residence? Beautiful property, spacious condo with that Ritz Carlton service. The unit has everything you need. The fitness center is better than the gym I pay a membership fee to and the Theater room was a hit at night. Cannot wait to return!

Fantastic stay

I can’t recommend this property more highly. We arrived on 4 July and had a spectacular view of the fireworks on the bridge from our balcony, a great start to our holiday! The apartment is stunning, has everything you need and very clean and well maintained. Spent a few days by the lower pool as the upper one was closed for refurbishment however it was super quiet and always found a sunbed. The check in process was seamless and the concierge very helpful. The building has a great gym which was empty every time I visited. We had a brilliant time and hope to come back one day. Thank you!

This property was beautiful and the location to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The property owner was very accommodating when the refrigerator broke. The marina view was amazing and we loved having coffee on the expansive balcony and watching the boats go out. I would rent this place again no question.
