This is a unique, comfortable, and easy-to-reach property, where a small group can enjoy a pleasant vacation time. My wife and I had a wonderful time, actually surprised by the surroundings and by the actual commodities included in the apartment we rented for 4 days. The beach nearby was excellent and within walking distance. There were chairs and umbrellas available at the property and the swimming pool, small but pleasant. All in all a very nice experience at a manageable price.

I thoroughly enjoyed this delightful small 12 unit complex with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The comfortable flat was well appointed with a kitchenette, WiFi, and TV. This is my second time back this year. Found a place that I will now return to for many more years. What a gem this place is. Reminds me of the hotels I stayed at when traveling with my parents in the 60’s/70’s but completely updated. Love the kidney shaped pool.

Really enjoyed our stay at Fernando flats! The staff was very nice on the arrival day, and the bikes were very convenient for riding to the beach or to get ice cream. Will definitely be coming back!

Great place for our weekend stay. We stayed in Unit 1, nice ground floor unit. Nice touches available in the room, like a first aid kit, and other hygienic need items. Unit was very clean, and air conditioning was great. Furniture is dated, but I would consider it a vintage style look. Nice short walk to beach. We would not hesitate to stay again!
