We booked and paid for connected room with late arrival because we are travelling with two teens. We checked in and they gave us one room with two full size bed, for 4 people! A bed is barely fit one person. Luckily, one of the lady staff followed us and offered us one additional room, but not connected. Otherwise, I would rate this hotel as a one star hotel. Apparently they gave the connected room away. Kid found mystery blood stain in one of the bed, so it is not very clean. In the morning, I asked for complimentary breakfast because of the room, and they refused. When I asked about the room, they simply said sorry about that. I won't go to this hotel again. If you booked at this hotel, be aware that what you paid for and what you get may not be the same. It is also 30 mins away from the airport.

Love this hotel very nice and not to far from changi airport. The hotel staff are very friendly. Excellent customer service. The room that I stayed in is really nice. I will definitely booked my hotel here on my next vacation. Thank you I enjoyed my stay at Changi Village Hotel.

Pros: Great room design, cleanliness, and comfort.
Cons: The restaurant meal was not quite up to the standard of the hotel generally.
With an overnight change of planes in Singapore, my wife and I needed an inexpensive room near the airport before the long flight home. Village Hotel was just the ticket for us.
