The room was in good condition generally ……. One or two observations : In the shower one has to climb into the bath and sit on ones knees as there was no support for the shower head - probably OK for anyone under 60 years old - I had difficulty at 70+ ….. Actually, I didn’t bother with a shower this morning before checking out as it was too awkward …… The sink had no warm water despite running the tap for absolute ages … such a waste of water - I only needed a shave …. The sink was also cracked and leaking water …. No shaving sachet nor slippers - the floor is wood liminate over concrete I guess and as such is very cold, I wore my shoes all the time ….. Once showered the floor was very wet meaning I used up all my towels …. Finally, a warning notice on the toilet hold dispenser not use the toilet paper other than for the obvious reason …. 🤔 All in all quite a strange experience ……

The room was very clean, and the staff (especially Amos) was very welcoming and helpful! Stone's throw away from Changi Village Hawker Center with amazing food. Will definitely stay again when transiting through Singapore.

The property has seen better days, the hallways smelled of cigarettes, the elevators didn't always work, paint was peeling. But the shower was good and the little Changi Village hawker center was charming. And you're 5min walk from the beach. Could be worse!

Here is a polished and grammatically correct version: --- The room is extremely cold despite turning the temperature up to the maximum. Also, the front desk failed to check in my second traveler, despite my communication with the Expedia online agent who said she had left a note for the hotel explicitly stating that my second traveler could check in. In addition, the shuttle to the airport filled up, and there was no backup option. I feel like I wasted my money staying at this hotel, especially since the main reasons I chose it were its proximity to the airport and the shuttle service—which was not provided.

Beautiful hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff. The infinity pool on the roof was amazing! Would not recommend the restaurant in the lobby for lunch - walk to many other choices right outside.
