Staff were excellent: professional, courteous and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean. Pool and gym were modern and well maintained. Complex is old but has been refurbished. Great Stay

Hotel staff were friendly & helpful. The room was clean, we did have a maintenance problem (towel rail dropped down when maid was placing towels on it, she was most apologetic) it was dealt with straight away. The pool area was clean with plenty of sun loungers. There was a wide choice of dishes at breakfast & we aimed to try something different each day. The location was just right for us not too far from a MRT station.

Spotlessly clean throughout public areas & bedroom, good size shower with efficient shower head. Massive bed that was very comfortable. Bar staff friendly, breakfast restaurant well stocked and plenty of choice. Pool and gym were excellent too.
