Fantastic place to stay, it's near by a lot of key points like stations, malls etc. The room was great, staff were diligent addressing minor room issues. Location was good, close to all cuisine options and the mall across the road had entertainment and shopping. Staff were friendly and the rooms was clean and modern. The hotel is in a great location. It is generally safe to walk around even in the late night. There are good dining options very close to the hotel and Novotel itself has a restaurant with great menu. Overall, excellent hotel in a nice location.
