Good choice at breakfast. Reception staff very nice. Cleaning staff overworked. Didn't show up until 6.30pm. Only made our bed once in 5 days, (not changed) cleaned the bathroom 4 out of 5 days, not the room at all. Aircon very temperamental. No mirror to do your hair with curlers or straighteners. Bathroom had no space for toiletries. Limited hanging space for clothes. No shelves. Obviously designed by a man.

When I checked in, they had my reservation with some Malaysian Chinese man’s passport and name information. After showing my Expedia reservation information they finally sorted it out. Very strange. Also, I hung the door hanger on my door to clean my room one day. I noticed the staff cleaning other rooms nearby and then they just passed on by my room. I had to go find a staff member to request they clean my room. Note: the staff member that was cleaning my room the previous day, said that tomorrow they would do a comp cleaning, bedding, towels, everything. I’m an exercise lap swimmer and I started swimming very early to try to avoid other people. It’s really not cool to drop aqua exercise bikes in the pool for a class and try to force me out of the way. I do flip turns, swim long distances and had to stop because the lap pool turned into a zoo.

Rooms are very small. One of the rooms smelled like Indian cuisine. Staff is nice. They offer a shuttle every hour to main station.Rooms were clean. Buffet is very pricey for the offering.

As soon as you enter the room, there is no guide or even some kind of written guidance about the room features. I wasn't sure how the lights start, fo example. If you dial the reception for help, the turn-around time is slow to fulfil your request. The lobby looks a bit too dark in the night. The air fresheners smell weird.

staff was kind enough to take me upstairs to the lounge to check in due to the line. I am a AII member, although not elite status, still very kind. no real easy public transport options. shuttle only begins at 10am. friendly staff and easy bag storage options.
