I was really looking forward to my first trip to Singapore, but chose poorly for my accommodations. The hotel is a bit cold and uninviting. The staff is not helpful. Didn't know that ice bucket or even just to get a bag to get ice from the machine was a luxury, because they looked at me like I asked for the penthouse suite. The area around there is pricey, if you want to find affordable food and drinks you will have to walk about 20-25 minutes. Would not stay here again and don't recommend the hotel. I am sure there are better options.
