Good choice for business and leisure

Newly renovated/converted property, nicely done. Rooms have minimalist design- clean lines, no clutter but also with comfortable furniture and many amenities, such as washer/dryer for clothes and well-equipped kitchenette. Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. All day coffee and cold drinks and nightly happy hours with drinks and snacks for all guests are nice perks. Lap pool and gym are small, but nice. Good location - can walk along the river and there's a food center, a mall, and many restaurants and bars within a short walk.

The housekeeping staff deserve a special mention for their incredible honesty. I accidentally left valuable pieces of jewelry in the room when I check out the room. They promptly return to the guest services and they contacted me via email immediately. I have tremendous gratitude towards the entire hotel crew for their integrity and professionalism. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Central position to all tourist attractions. Rooms are self contained offering washing machine and cooking facilities. Light breakfast options and daily 2hr happy hour. Beer, wines, spirits and snacks. This is a value for money property

So glad we found the Fraser Residence River Promenade for our recent stay in Singapore. The location is super convenient with lots of dining and shopping options close by. We opted to stay here over a hotel in the Orchard/Somerset area because it would be less congested and busy - so glad we did this. The SMRT is super close - less than 5 minute walk and lots of bus stops close by! The room itself was overall clean and comfortable. The only downside is that the toilet and shower are very close to the rest of the room so it would not be good if you are not staying as a couple - but we knew this before booking. We liked that there was an in-room washer/dryer combo which allowed us to wash/dry at our leisure - this really helped to ensure we didn't have to overpack our luggage! Another plus was the included continental style breakfast, 24/7 accessible non-alcoholic beverages, and the happy hour with alcoholic beverages. Overall, this was a great stay and we would recommend this property to our friends.

Very well located aparthotel. 5 mins to nearest MRT, staff very friendly and helpful. The 2 hr social in the evening is nice, snacks, spirits, cold beers etc. All equipment in the room is top quality, would heartily recommend this and if we return to SG we will definitely return here.
