Difficult check in. System was down, so digital keys could not be accessed. Several people arrived at the same time, no space to stand. Room is hard to navigate for a family. Great area to visit, but not worth the hassle if traveling with a family.

Nice small hotel with smart TV. The street can be slightly noisey due to being in the centre of Chinatown. However it was a good stay in front of the hawker centre and had great restaurants in the surrounding area. The walls are thin!

Five star on location-the place was very convenient, in the center of Chinatown, walkable to Hawker Center, shopping, and MRT district lines. Two star-no elevator to third floor, room was really tiny, and the place can use a paint job and an upgrade on furniture.

That was like 6 adults living out of a closet. There was no where to store our suitcases, so 1 bed was used as storage. It was standing room only, like playing human tetris when it came time to move in the 6' x 2' walking area. So cramped
