Room spotless and lovely, staff were amazing and there are plenty of amenities and thing's to do here at santaclaus Village. Very easy to get to from the airport and a bus stop that goes directly to the airport snd town center.

I’m so glad we decided to pay a little extra and stay onsite at Santa Claus village. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us to Finland and absolutely mesmerised my children by letting them know Santa was expecting them. We also really appreciated that the staff kept our luggage as we had arrived early, and then dropped it to our apartment later in the day. We arrived early but staff emailed as soon as our room was ready so we were still in before the agreed check in time. The apartment was perfectly formed and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the sauna was a lovely addition. The breakfast was excellent - we really appreciated that it was served until 11am and found the choice of food to be outstanding. My children particularly loved the white chocolate donuts! Thank you so much - I could not recommend this stay highly enough.

We stayed in one of the cottages with a sauna. We loved it. Our cottage was right beside the Forrest. The cottage was lovely with cooking facilities. Market store at SCV made it easy to take a few meals instead of eating out always. We really enjoyed our stay, and loved our time in Lapland. Highly recommend!

The cottage was good, sauna was a strong plus. But that was it. The service is not great, especially for the money paid for the cottage. More than 1300 $ per night and no cleaning at all, no body lotion, bed was made only after being called 3 times and i had to do that every day. And what to say about breakfast, the worst i have ever seen. Toaster was broken so no warm sandwiches, coffee machine was half working and scrambled eggs has weird rubbery texture. I would suggest staying in Rovaniemi city and coming to holiday village for day trips. And none of the theme parks stuff is included in the money you paid for. So pay extra for everything.
