Baywatch at Beacon Hill is a beachfront villa comprised of two totally separate units. The upper level unit is usually occupied by me (the owner) with no children or pets. Your privacy and tranquility is assured as your unit has it's own private driveway and entrance. You will not be sharing any part of the property or amenities with anyone.
The entire lower level unit including the private pool, entire pool deck, patio, garden and driveway is yours for your stay. I do not accept rentals for loud parties of events. I have over 28 years of hospitality industry experience and my objective is to make you feel like you are being provided quality accommodations and service at a very reasonable rate. The property is always maintained and in tip top shape. You will feel like you are in paradise and I pride myself in knowing my guests are very happy with Baywatch. As an owner who lives on the property, I am readily available and at your service in case you need anything. I feel this is a big advantage for guests. Many properties have owners or managers who are thousands of miles away and cannot assist in case of an important need. Because of how the property is set up with totally separate driveways and entrances, guests feel as if they have the entire property to themselves.
Each year and more often as needed, I evaluate the condition of everything in the unit from towels, sheets and bedding to furniture, major appliances, kitchen supplies and other details to make sure guests feel like they are staying in quality accommodation.

Located on a Cul de Sac in the quiet, residential area of Beacon Hill Point, the unit is directly on the beach at Bergeaux Bay. A six minute walk to mile long Simpson Bay Beach and a 12 minute walk to Maho Beach where you will find a multitude of beach bars, restaurants, piano bars, casino, shopping, Las Vegas style entertainment, etc...
Mullet Bay , Cupecoy and the French Side beaches are a 3 to 10 minute drive with no traffic to deal with in this area. Baywatch is directly on the beach at Bergeaux Bay. There is often a sandy beach directly in front of the house but on occasion, usually when we have big surf, the sand moves a little and exposes some rocky areas. The beach is great for looking for shells and wave/ocean polished stones. The beach side of the house is on the non-windy side so usually the waters are pretty calm. The house is located on a peninsula and therefore directly across the street are the cliffs that face east and that is where the wind comes from. From these cliffs, there are fantastic views of Simpson Bay Beach, the mountains and over to St Barth's. If you wake up early enough, you will see the sunrise from there as well. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and very safe.
Beacon Hill Point is a gated community with manned security guards on duty from 6 PM to 6 AM.

The rental unit:
This 1,200 square foot unit contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the kitchen all small and large appliances are included. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with French doors leading to the 1,000 sq. foot terrace directly overlooking the Caribbean Sea and THE POOL. The main living room area containing sofa, love seat, side tables, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD player also has French doors leading to the terrace. Perfect Caribbean views from both the dining and living room area. A second living area adjacent to the living room is great for reading or just relaxing.
Rates are based on the number of guests staying. Base rate is for Double Occupancy. Additional guest rate is $25 PP, per night. Govt Tax is 5%.
The unit can be rented for two to six guests. This allows for renters to pay for only the number of guests staying and sleeping space needed, while still enjoying all that the home offers. You will have all of the modern conveniences and yet still feel like you are in the Caribbean. All bedrooms have ceiling fans & a/c. Two bedrooms have queen beds with comfy linens. The third bedroom has two Twin (single) beds instead of a Queen size. All bedding is laundered prior to guest arrival to insure cleanliness. You will have your own private driveway, separate access to the garden & yard area, the pool and to the stairway to the beach. Webber gas BBQ grill, outside shower, full size washer and dryer, FREE long distance phone service to and from the US and Canada, FREE high speed WIFI and American TV are some of the amenities offered at Baywatch.
This is a great unit in a great location offered at a fantastic rate. Peaceful and quiet, but yet so close to many attractions and no traffic.
