Da die Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße liegt, die nur ca 20m von der Strandpromenade entfernt ist, kann man von dem kleinen Balkon aus noch das Meer sehen. Durch die sehr zentrale Lage Restaurants, Bars, Strand, Supermärkte etc...) erreicht man alles bequem zu Fuß. Der Code für Haustür und zur Schlüsselbox wurden mir frühzeitig am Tag der Anreise mitgeteilt, sodass ich sofort in die Wohnung konnte. Diese ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Die Küche mit genügend Teller, Besteck, Gläser etc. (ist ja in manchen Wohnungen nur sehr spärlich vorhanden). Alle Elektrogeräte sind noch recht neu und daher auch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Auch in puncto Sauberkeit gab' s nichts zu meckern! Alles ordentlich und clean. Meines Erachtens nach gibt es bei der Wohnung nur einen kleinen Nachteil, nämlich dass das Schlafzimmer nach vorn zur Straße gelegen ist und es dadurch bis spät nachts recht laut sein kann. Aber damit ist halt zu rechnen, wenn man eine Wohnung in zentraler Lage hat

Sehr nah am Strand

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und im Erdgeschoss. Im 3 Stock hätten wir ohne Aufzug nicht wollen. Ein gewisser Lärmpegel abends ist durch die Lage bedingt.
