The first room they assigned us. The main door would not lock and we had to change rooms right off the bat. In the next room. The bathroom sink was clogged. The shower is so slippery. I fell down. It needs to have either rubber mats or rubber stickers on the floor of the tub. There were no protective rails to hold onto while showering. It was very dangerous. We were finally given a shower chair and since we were staying three days, we went and purchased a rubber tub mat, which cost us $15. The bedspread had two holes on the top. The carpeting in our room and the halls were never vacuumed the entire three days we were there. The same debris remained on the floor every day. I will say the food service in the breakfast area was excellent, had a great selection of food choices and the area was very clean, the servers did an excellent job of keeping it full and clean. the main lobby was organized and clean. The service staff was helpful however, most did not speak English and did not understand what we were trying to say, however they were very pleasant and did the best they could. The pool area was very clean and kept well stocked with towels. The front desk staff were also very helpful and friendly. Did their best to address all requests etc. The area is safe and outside is well maintained had several nice seating areas to enjoy weather permitting. Facility is very close to many dining and food services. I would recommend this hotel for booking.

Rooms were clean but the Entrance, breakfast and seating area are under construction, also the gym was closed for our whole stay which was not mentioned on website or told to use upon booking. The breakfast was not good. The breads and bagels were stale, cream cheese was not good.

Upon arrival, there was construction in the hotel and wasn't sure if we were in the right place. There wasn't anyone behind the counter and no bell to ring. Hotel allowed us to check in 30min early, but had to do a room switch because there was a family of gnats in the bathroom sink but otherwise clean. Small complaint is they we're doing late night painting and had all the first floor doors open at 10pm, which was a little concerning for safety reasons.

There was an alarm clock set and it went off at midnight and woke us all up. Had to call the front desk because we couldn't figure out how to turn it off. The front desk person couldn't figure it out either. It went off the second night as well. I won't stay here again.

Although it’s being renovated, the noise level at this hotel was worse than I’ve had in years. Groups of teens were allowed to run up and down the halls late at night, screaming, clapping their hands and knocking on doors. They leaned against my door and hollered and banged on neighboring doors as late as midnight. Worst experience I’ve had in years.
