The property itself was okay, but the service and support was very disappointing. Our stay was only for 4 days, and we arrived to find the hot water was not working. It took two days for the host to fix the problem - communication was unsatisfactory, and seemed to go round in circles. The TV was also not working, and there was a ridiculous problem with the toaster in the kitchen.I had repeatedly asked to be allowed to check in earlier than the stated hour, but despite the fact that the property had clearly not been rented out in the days before we arrived, the early check in was not allowed.Although the apartment itself was fine, the lack of helpfulness from the management company which serviced it contributed to a very disappointing stay.
