Jamaica Royale 039 Updated and close to the pool!

Welcome to Unit #39 . This unit has been completely renovated. New living room and dining room furniture put in March 2021. The kitchen has granite countertops, maple cabinets, porcelain tile floors throughout, washer/dryer, king bed, bathroom has a walk-in shower with grab bar. This is a very nice unit. You will enjoy staying here with all of its amenities of home, including the wonderful patio for entertaining, or just kicking back after a day at the beach or the pool. Backpack beach chairs are provided, along with a cooler, a sun tent for the beach, a beach mat, and horseshoes and cornhole games for you to take down to the beach in a new beach cart with oversized sand tires. If you are not in the mood for cooking indoors or going out to dinner, have a BBQ at the community patio or beachside. After your BBQ, relax again and watch the most beautiful sunsets on our infamous Siesta Key Beach. Enjoy coffee, made in the brand new Keurig machine, in the morning on the patio. And if it is too sunny, put up the brand new umbrella provided. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request..
