You can’t beat this location but it seems that the location is so good that friends or relatives of the owner come by as well which I thought was extremely bizarre and made my family uncomfortable. We had an issue with someone unexpectedly occupying the driveway and accessing the property multiple times trying to explain to us that they know the owner so it’s “OK.” But as a paying guest renting this property, I was never informed that we would have these visitors using the driveway and accessing certain areas of the property. I’ve never experienced anything like this before at any short term rental. If the owner or management company would’ve reached out to me and notified me, then it would’ve been more reasonable. But it is not my job to validate and confirm that this person indeed knows the owner and it should not be my burden to decide whether or not it’s acceptable for them to come on to the property while my family and I are staying here. I need to protect my family and need to clearly be informed who is coming and going. This was a shocker. And it happened twice on our week long stay. All I asked is if they can have the owner or management company reach out to me to confirm that this person is allowed on the property. It was a reasonable request by me for the safety of my family (and the safety of the owners property). Unfortunately this person disagreed and refused to leave the driveway. After reporting them to the management company, they left.
