Large walk in Shower in Master Bath with dual-sink counter top. Walk-in shower in Guest Bathroom in the hallway. Glass and Screened Lanai perfect for relaxing and watching the birds and boats go by! Nice, spacious, bright and cheery open-plan living and dining area and very roomy fully furnished kitchen! There is a washer and dryer right inside the condo in a utility room across from the guest bathroom. Phone, cable and wi-fi is included. There is a bbq/grilling area with picnic tables near this building and a peaceful little sitting area directly on the bay! 2 Pools and 2 private tennis courts on property as well. And you can walk just about 5 minutes to our private piece of award-winning white-sand Crescent Beach where there is complimentary set-up and use of the property's beach chairs and umbrellas. This condo was wonderful, great first floor location, and very well kept! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return!
