it's a small property so it's easier to know all the staff, who were extremely gracious and helpful at all times. loved the garden type setting and easy access to all amenities of the hotel. however, it is bit far from the nicer restaurants of downtown area, but the hotel transportation is available at all times.

The staff was excellent and very attentive. The front desk can arrange all of your tours, trips into town and transfers to the airport. This property was amazing and a quiet refuge in Siem Reap. The staff were amazing ! The rooms were clean and beautiful. We took advantage of the spa and had their signature massage. A must for anyone visiting Siem Reap
