Paradise!!!

Pros: The staff is amazing! They always have a smile for you. Beautiful hotel and great location.
Location: You have two of the best restaurants in Siem Reap just a block away from the hotel.
This hotel is amazing! Every member of the staff is so kind. They took care of all of our needs while in Cambodia. They booked great tours with honest, hard-working tuk tuk drivers and tour guides. We were there for 5 days during our honey moon in SE Asia. The breakfast was excellent. Everytime we left the room we got room service. When the manager found out we were there for our honey moon, WE GOT UPGRADED TO A SUITE!!! Without any reason.. Their kindness and service is beyond measure. Did I mention that we a free mini bar re-stocked every day? There are a lot of really good restaurants at walking distance. My favorite was a small restaurant run by a great community of expats supporting local and organic farming. Book this hotel! It's a gem!

Well thought out hotel with enthusiastic staff!

The hotel has a classic theme and staff bends over backward to help! Hardest part is getting the tuk tuk drivers to find it. Around the corner from Cuisine Wat Damnak - fabulous restaurant!

A Gem

Pros: Decor, environment
Location: The location is a little out off of the way, but the hotel offers a complimentary Tuk Tuk to the city center
Lovely hotel with luxurious rooms, a great pool and quality service. Also, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff also arranged for a wonderful English speaking guide and Tuk Tuk driver to tour the temples, which was really worth the cost. Each room has a different theme and I appreciated all the little extra details in the decor.
