Familienfreundliche Unterkunft mit allem PiPaPo

Geräumiges Haus mit problemlos funktionierender technischer Ausstattung. Wir waren besonders erfreut darüber, dass ausreichend Koch- und Essgeschirr auch für große Reisegruppen vorhanden war. Sehr gut geeignet für Familienurlaube mit vielen Personen (Restaurantbesuche erfordern ein Auto!).

Sauberkeit ist verbesserungsfähig…

Adresse der Schlüsselübergabe wäre wünschenswert, da der Ferienpark sehr groß und weitläufig ist. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn vor Ankunft das Haus noch einmal durchgesaugt und die Spinnweben (überall im Haus) entfernt worden wären… An sich war das Haus und der Ort empfehlenswert, auch wenn die Wände sehr dünn waren… hat aber unseren Familienurlaub nicht weiter gestört

Schönes und geräumiges Haus

Mit meiner Frau, zwei Kindern und einem befreundeten Pärchen haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist geräumig, Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür und mit 20 Min Fahrtzeit gibt es sehr viel zu entdecken. Der Brötchen-Service des Ferienparks ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der übrige Ferienpark wirkt etwas verwaist. Dennoch eine schöne und ruhige Unterkunft. Wir kommen voraussichtlich wieder.

Das Haus an sich ist in Ordnung. Die Häuser in der Anlage sind aus den 70gern. Bei uns waren die Bäder relativ neu und auch die Küche. Wenngleich die Bäder für eine maximale Belegung mit 9 Personen wohl unterdimensioniert sind. Das Haus hat grundsätzlich alles, was man braucht. Auf die Sauberkeit müsste mehr Wert gelegt werden. Brötchenservice top. Kaution in Höhe von 200€ in Bar sehr ungewöhnlich. WLAN stellenweise miserabel.

Okay - bis auf einige Punkte

Dass die meisten Häuser aus den 70ern stammen, ist ja bekannt. Unser Haus hatte zwei neue Bäder und eine neue Küche. Die Bäder sind aber schon für vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder zu klein/wenig. Was ist, wenn da wirklich neun Personen, wie beschrieben möglich, wohnen? Zumal ein Bad nur eine Wanne anstatt einer Dusche hat. Was wirklich schlecht war, ist die Sauberkeit. Trotz dass kurz vor Bezug eine Putzfrau da war, ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Der Rest des Hauses ist wie erwartet. Zudem gibt es keine Mülltrennung. Nur Bio und der Rest. Kein Plastik, Glas, Dosen etc. Das WLAN ist sehr schlecht. Was mich überraschte und ich nirgends las, war, dass ich bei Bezug eine Kaution im dreistelligen Bereich in Bar hinterlegen musste - hab ich so noch bei keinem Ferienhaus/keine Ferienwohnung erlebt. Haus könnte eine Auffrischung gebrauchen

Und die Ecken und kleinen Verstecke müssten mit geputzt werden. War aber nicht schlimm nur wünschenswert. Die vielen Spinnenweben auf dem Balkon waren dagegen schon störender. Als Standort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung sehr zu empfehlen. Zu die einzelnen Angeboten der Ferienanlage können wir leider nicht sagen. Von weitem machte das ein oder andere nicht so einen guten Eindruck. Aber wir waren eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs.

Nettes Holzhäusle

Holzhaus mit schönem Balkon und schöner Aussicht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Treppe zu den oberen Zimmern ist gewohnheitsbedürftig aber machbar. Zimmer und beide Bäder etwas eng, aber okay. Rezeption war sehr nett. Minigolfplatz schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Preis Leistung stimmt

Soweit OK

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Haus. Zu wenig Platz/Schränke für Klamotten. 2. Bad ist sehr klein. Sofern mit 9 Personen belegt ist der Essplatz zu klein. Küche ist sehr klein. Im Ferienpark selbst ist eigentlich nur noch der Spielplatz und Mehrzweckplatz nutzbar. Alles andere scheint eher zu verwahrlosen. Brötchenservice ist toll, denn sonst gehts nur per Auto. Drum herum ist nichts. Es wird mit Strom geheizt - entsprechend Nebenkosten ca. 90 +Endreinigung
