Unser Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer harmonischen Landschaft, etwas abgelegen, so dass ein Kfz erforderlich ist. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt ist die große, parkähnliche Gartenanlage mit altem Baumbestand, Teich und Spielplatz. Sie erreichen in 10 Minuten Inzell, in 15 Minuten den Chiemsee und in 30 Minuten Salzburg. Unser Haus "Typ Oslo" bietet circa 88 m2 Wohnfläche. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie eine offene Küche mit Miele-Geräten, 4-Platten-Ceranfeld, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Eierkocher und Staubsauger, ein Bad mit Wanne und WC sowie 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Einbauschrank. Im 1. Stock sind 2 Schlafzimmer gegenüberliegend mit je 2 Betten, keine Etagenbetten. Im Haus befinden sich eine Heizung mit Elektronachtspeicheröfen, Babyausstattung (Kinderbett und Hochstuhl), SAT-TV, Radio. Reinigungsgeräte und -mittel sind vorhanden.

Direkt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Alpen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu fünft als Familie hatten wir genügend Platz, um unsere Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung vorzubereiten oder danach hier auszuspannen. Alles Notwendige an Ausstattung ist vorhanden. Auch wenn es draußen stürmt und schneit, ist es im Häuschen gemütlich und der Ausblick über ihr breite Fensterfront grandios. Wanderungen kann man direkt ab Haus oder in der näheren Umgebung starten. Österreich (z.B. Salzburg) ist nicht weit entfernt und eine Tagesreise wert.

eine schöne Woche

Haben die Woche genossen. Alles da was man braucht. Als Quartier für Ausflüge zum Chiemsee oder für Wanderungen in den Bergen bestens geeignet. Feriendorf Vorauf weitläufig und absolut ruhig.

Genügend Platz für 6 Personen. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, hat aber alles, was man von einem Ferienhaus erwarten kann. Wir würden es wieder anmieten!
