I was impressed!! We stayed 2 nites and they cleaned the room after the first nite!!! That hasn't happened for quite a while!! So it was a pleasant surprise! Upon check in I was offered bottled water!!! At breakfast we were asked if we'd like some chocolate milk as it's not out ! It was all the little things that made it awesome!

Hello, I need urgent help with my hotel stay. I booked the Hampton Inn Sidney through Expedia and stayed on November 15–16, 2025. Itinerary / Confirmation number: 73302319591823 Room number: 230 Hotel address: 635 Cabela Drive, Sidney, NE 69162 Last night I had a serious problem with the room. There were bed bugs on the bed. I have a video as proof. The room was also not clean and the bathroom glass was very dirty. I informed the reception, but the staff did not take this issue seriously. Because of this, I was very uncomfortable, I could not sleep properly, and I left early without breakfast. This was a health and safety issue, not just a small complaint. I have stayed at Hilton hotels every day on my way to Utah, and this is the first time I faced a problem like this. I am requesting: A full refund for this stay. I can upload or send my video and photos if needed. Please help me with this case and contact the hotel immediately.

The staff was amazing - so kind and friendly! The stopper in the tub was broken so I couldn’t use the bath tub to take a bath and the mattresses were pretty worn. I.e. when you sat on the edge they just crumpled down and overall were very uncomfortable. The room and the hotel were very clean even though there was construction going on . They were painting , had replaced carpets and looked like some bigger projects perhaps , but it was very quiet. I was there with my dogs and overall was good , just those 2 complaints.

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful overnight stay! They are currently renovating, but it was not a problem. Our room was beautifully redone and was so clean! I accidentally left some items. But they found them and are going to forward them to me! We were so pleased and found our future stop whenever we are passing that way again!
