When we reached the hotel they moved us to another hotel which was 5 minutes away from Port river called Lake river and that was their hotel too however Lake river is cheaper. I am every disappointed in staying in the other hotel and never went to stay there again also I will never again book from Expedia because of the trouble that they caused us to be in.

Nice clean hotel with very, very friendly staff

Food was every day different, good selection. The staff was really friendly and always helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anybody. We arrived at 2.30am in the hotel and the receptionist did quick check in for us and offered us tea, coffee and soup. Hotel is close to the beach with hotel bar facilities.

Very friendly hotel

The hotel is fantastic. The food not very good it was the same every day, grilled fish greasie grilled chicken that sometime was just bones, stew with not much meat. If you weren't there as soon as it opened then you had to find your own cutlery. When we booked it told you about the ala carte restaurants but it didn't say they would be closed so you had no where else to eat as the hotel is a bit out of the way with no where else to go locally. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room should have been cleaned daily but wasn't the maid just brought clean towels in and didn't take the dirty ones and we had a small quilt in a super king bed with no cover on for 4 nights until I asked as reception about room being cleaned and they did sort it out. The hotel manager was visible every day as looking from the outside I think they are trying to make things better as when he was around the staff were on their toes so they are trying. Bar staff were great and interact with us all the time and smiled constantly. Watch out for the people on the beach selling the pirate ship trips don't take you where they say. I probably wouldn't sray again as there is nothing around it. Will stick to Lara beach.

Hôtel très accueillant.

Je suis retournée à l'hôtel Port River, vu l'accueil chaleureux que j'y avais reçu l'année dernière et une fois de plus j'ai été ravie. J'ai été très touchée par la délicatesse d'un des membres du personnel à l'accueil du restaurant. Ayant appris qu'un Allemand souffrait d'une grippe intestinale, il a fait cuire des pommes de terre exprès pour lui sans matière grasse et lui a apporté des bananes.

Animatörler nerdeyse elimde kalacaktı böyle bir suratsızlık olamaz . Bir insan Türk misafirlere ancak bu kadar nefret gözlerle bakabilir. Yemekler aynı her gün sadece bazen tavuk bazen et değişiyor . Oda temizliği süperdi . Pool bar dan bir şeyler alırken burnunuzu kapatın çünkü leş gibi kokuyor . Bir de Bardakları çok kirli .

Dårlig service - ikke pengene værd

Jeg vil sige, at vi er skuffet over vore ophold og hotellet lever på ingen måde op til 5 stjerners hotel. Du får hurtig fornemmelsen af den dårlige service og pleje af hotel gæster. De er generelt uhøflige og ikke imødekommende service/ medarbejdere. Værelset vi fik levede ikke op til vores bestilling og fik at vide at de ikke havde andre ledige værelser og imødekom ikke vores ønske om anden værelse. Køleskabet virkede ikke, selvom vi rykkede receptionen HELE 3 gange og hver gang fik at vide at de sender en tekniker, måtte vi opgive sidst og den blev aldrig fixet. Der ingen særlige aktiviteter omkring poolen, dans, hygge, poolsport eller til børnene og selv de folk som er ansat til de ting hænger ud på stranden i stedet for at servicere deres hotelgæster. Der er aften musik og aktivitet, men NEJ det kommer fra naboerne Rioavitas. Maden er ikke noget særligt og begrænset udvalg, og næsten intet kød og kylling. Det er kun en af mange, og poolen er smal og lang og for lille til hotellets størrelse af gæster. Hotellet virker glade for de russiske gæster så forvent mange af dem. Spar jeres penge!

Mye mat, men samme utvalg hver dag. Men man kunne spise noe hele dagen, så man var aldri sulten. Drikke som er inkludert er veldig bra. Renholdet var elendig. Bassenget er fint med smalt, så det ble litt trangt. Nabo hotell ligger veldig nære og "musikken" på dagtid samt kveld "kranglet " om å spille høyest mulig. Ekko av to musikkanlegg. Servicen var bra men renhold og marit valg elendig.
