The property was genuinely lovely. We arrived at around 11.30 pm, placed in a smaller room than requested until 12am the next day and reallocated to a larger family room, but it was not the room we requested as we asked for a sea view. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The property was in a great location the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you and their service was second to none consistently. There is an option to take up a Hammam which is free! And we would thoroughly recommend to try the experience from the trained staff within the Luna Blanca we also followed up directly after with a full body massage from the excellent “Spa Team” led by Erkan which was a payable extra but completely worth it and made you feel so relaxed after! The food was excellent and whatever type of traveller you are you can go and eat 22 hours a day in one of the many restaurants on offer whether your an early bird or a late riser. The “all inclusive” part of the property was fantastic as the drinks alcoholic or non alcoholic were all of a good brand and no additional payment for most drinks (premium wine and champagne an additional charge) having said that the wines on offer red or white were of a top quality. Also Ice-creams available too! The rooms were serviced and thoroughly cleaned daily to a high standard with mini bar (non alcoholic) a part of your “all inclusive” All public areas immaculately maintained too! There is also a service which is great and part of your all inclusive which is pool/beach towels run under a simple but effective manner included in the “all inclusive” Thanks Luna Blanca!

Our entire stay was amazing! We used the spa but noticed that the staff was not wearing masks during our 2 hour session. The spa experience was not as great as it could have been. They had children running around during the hammam and it was quite loud. The hotel and staff were incredible and all so friendly. Our room, the food, the pool and beach were all amazing. The one thing that needs upgrading is the WiFi. It kept going in and out and horribly slow. If you plan on doing some work on your phone or laptop, beware. Nonetheless, I would return and stay at this property again.

Nice clean hotel with a couple of issues.

We stayed 3 days in the Luna Blanca. Caters mainly for the German market, but unlike some of the hotels along in Side, at least most of the staff could speak a bit of English. Very clean hotel with co-vid safety measures in place. Just a pity not everyone followed them, both staff and guests. Food in the restaurants was varied and of decent quality, however it sometimes took an age to get served from bored looking staff. There certainly wasn’t any noticeable queuing system in place in the restaurant and there didn’t really appear to be enough staff to keep on top of the cleaning of tables. Overall, it was a good experience and we are booked to go back at Christmas.

Great place to stay, the hotel is 4 mins walk away from the private beech and well maintained. The service at the hotel is good, staff works hard to make your stay pleasant. The food selection can be seen as repetitive a bit. Overall, we (family of 4, two teens) had fun and would recommend this hotel.

Amazing holiday

We had amazing holiday staying at Luna Blanca resort, the cleanliness off the hotel was fantastic can’t fault it considering the covid virus loads of stations to clean your hands and the checks before you enter the hotel made us feel very safe. The food, drink and service by the staff was second to none. We will definitely be going back sooner than later that is for sure.

Brilliant service from hotel staff

We have had the best possible service from all staff, especially from Guest Relations managers Elena Kotova and Altan Arkanli as well as from Front Office manager Sevket and dining room staff Ebrahim. As soon as I advised them that we had come to stay at their hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday, they pulled out all stops to make it special for us. Sevket was so kind, he found us the best room available in the hotel at the time. We really appreciate that. Elena arranged for our table in the dining room to be decorated with flowers etc for my wife’s birthday and presented my wife with a special birthday cake from the hotel which was delivered with sparklers & candle with the waiters singing. Ebrahim in the dining hall was always happily at hand serving us with whatever we needed. Most of all we even had the benefit of the top boss Mr Mustafa who proactively checked on us to see if we were okay. When we finished our stay and left the hotel we realised that we might have left our mobile phone in the hotel. Altan went out of his way to check our room, the sofas in the reception area and even the left luggage room while I was on the phone to him! He even kept phoning us in Istanbul to update us on the search. The executive chef and even the Maitre D in the dining hall patiently explained to us which dishes were vegetarian as we are both vegetarians. Even Rozda from the Animation Team made us feel so very welcome by checking on us at least twice a day! Right from day one she made
