設備に古さはなく、かつ清潔。寝るだけで利用するなら十二分に満足。 トイレ、バスが一緒のスタイルだったが、トイレ&バスルームが少し下水臭さかったことだけは不満。 駐車場が少なく、予約が遅いとすぐいっぱいになるので要注意。徳山駅前地下駐車場なら地下通路出口がホテルのすぐ目の前で非常に便利。ただし駐車料金はお高め。
