My family and I have stayed at this beautiful place for many years & during every season. My kids have grown up visiting this gem in the White Mountains. Recently, during the last two months, we have made the trek up the mountain from the Valley. We met one of the newest maintenance crew; Barry. He's professional & very personable!! He helped me out last time with a door issue. Cindy the General Manager even recognized our name when we came up. We chatted a bit and I told her how much I had missed staying here after renting a VRBO the last few fall breaks. This place is always clean, & comfy. The recreation room has bunches of fun activities for the kids & for the big kids too. Beautiful property! Beautiful, clean, sparkling pools and an arts & craft room for seasonal activities.

It is clean and tidy. Fully equipped so you don't need any accessories. The complaint is that you have to pay extra for the use of wi-fi and a special package that includes YouTube, about $50, the terrace on the ground floor does not have a fence, so it is not pleasant to sit at night. The game room is equipped, but there are no props for playing and there is no machine where you can change money for the game. At the time of reservation, they charged us the full amount of the stay without the possibility of refund, and for the check-in they charged us a security deposit of $250, which we did not know about in advance. They explained to us at the front desk that sometimes the information is not complete through Expedia, so we had a few unpleasant surprises, but all in all it was nice.
