Peaceful stay

Our stay in your cabin was very nice. The cabin itself is beautiful and nicely decorated. All stated amenities were available. Coffee pods and flavored sweeteners, plenty of dishes and soap, nice towels and cleaning supplies. The back porch with it's grill and seating area were private and scenic. We had a very peaceful week and enjoyed the local area as well.

This charming house in a gated community was very comfortable with a very well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck enjoying the quiet while watching storms in the distance. There were walking paths as well as neighborhood streets to walk on.

GREAT PLACE TO GET AWAY

This place is wonderful! Our contact was absolutely accommodating and friendly when we needed anything or had any questions. It was very clean and spacious. It was thoughtful and had everything you could possible need. We felt welcome and comfortable immediately. We will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone and everyone who needs a weekend away or extended stay in beautiful Show Low. My sister and her husband already wanting to book some time. Great Cabin, But Needs Attention

The cabin was clean and the location is perfect for us. Because we have rented this same cabin twice before we knew what to expect at our last visit. The chairs in the dining area are unsafe and need repair, the drain in the master bedroom sink makes a gurgling noise and some slats were missing on the rear deck railing, It is sad to see how hard other guest have treated this cabin. Also, better lighting is needed on the front porch steps, and the rugs need to be replaced on the floor inside the cabin and on the rear deck. Both my wife and granddaughter slipped and fell. Lastly, guests should be reminded of the wildlife in this area. The morning we were checking out, the trash barrel was turned over likely by wildlife.

Disappointed

My experience was disappointing and not worth the price we paid. The house was disorganized and messy, with no extra supplies available. It was also very difficult to reach the cabin owner, as my messages often went unanswered. On top of that, the propane tank was empty when we arrived, and we had to wait a couple of days for someone to deliver a replacement. In contrast, we booked another property nearby for our family, and it was a great experience. That house was clean, well-maintained, and the owner was super communicative. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this property.

The good and not so good

The unit was very spacious, well stocked with thoughtful things, and had comfortable beds. When we arrived to Cardinal Landing we found it was a gated community. We were not given the key code ahead of time. We waited until another resident entered and quickly followed. We asked a neighbor for a code and she gave us the "pizza delivery" code. Upon entry we noticed the cold air return grill for the HVAC was extremely dirty. I opened the grill and found the filter was disgusting -- thick with dirt and hair. Two filters were delivered after texting with the cleaning service contact and the owner. We found all of the living room sofas and recliner to be old (collapsed cushions), dirty and very uncomfortable. My wife is 5'-3" and petite, I am 6' and 230 lbs. Neither one of us could find a comfortable place to sit. I put a bed sheet over the recliner and sat on a pillow. The living room TV would not start. I moved the small bedroom TV to the living room. It was a streaming smart TV (which was great) so I installed my YouTube TV account.

Too many house rules

The condo is in great shape, clean, confortable and new but there's just too many house rules. We ended up sweeping, mopping, doing laundry, etc. What's the clean-up fee for then?

Overall I would stay there again. Great location, quiet. Dust was an issue with us as we were constantly sneezing due to dust build up on fan blades and under furniture. My wife swiffered under furniture but wasn't able to reach the fans. The master bedroom shower head needs changing as it was overpressurized and little to no adjustment. Thank you for the opportunity to review.

Beautiful Home

This was a beautiful home situated in the pines of Show Low. The house was clean and ready for our stay. Specifically, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking tools and ready to go. We would stay there again.

Excellent Property

This place was terrific! Beautiful location, house was very clean! We had a small plumbing issue the second day and the property manager was awesome. She got the sink/disposal fixed in a couple of hours. Very responsive and quick to resolve the issue. Thank You!

Cabin

It was a great place for a family to stay for a few days! It was very clean and very well stocked. The grill and fire table worked great. Recommend providing a shovel so that guests can clear a path through the snow. Also recommend a step or two for the master bedroom bed for the height challenged since the bed sits so high. Also suggest updating interior picutre depicting current furnishings,, Overall would stay there again and communication with Vanessa was great!!
