Hotel Granvia Okayama - Totally unacceptable. We booked 3 rooms at same price and same size. 1 room on 11/ F No. 1105 is as per our request. Unfortunately the other 2 rooms on 12/F is very small (only half size of room no. 1105). Why we booked the rooms at same price but the size are in such a big difference. We would like to request for refund for room No. 1233 and 1234.

My second stay here. A passageway connects the hotel to JR Okayama station so it’s most convenient when travelling by train. Staff & service are excellent. Will stay here again next time I’m in Okayama.

The hotel is beautiful and elegant with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. When we arrived, we were met by a staff member. She guided us to the check-in area and then arranged to take our luggage up to our room for us! Just lovely. Our room was very comfortable and quite spacious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a central location

The hotel was very beautiful and the level of service from the staff was unparalleled. The location of the hotel is excellent for anyone using the train station. The hotel is very clean. I wojld recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Okayama.

The rooms are very very small- not surprising but you wouldn’t be able to tell that when you book. Bathrooms are tiny. If you are the average American size—you may or may not fit there! :)

The hotel is ideally located next to Okayama station. The staff are friendly and very helpful. One highlight is the buffet breakfast available on the 19th floor of the hotel with panoramic views of the city. The selection dishes available is very extensive and covers almost every taste and appetite imaginable ;-) Recommended.

Great location next to the station. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were outstanding although it wasn’t clear there is a fee to use it. The hotel is pricey and the pool is a basic amenity.

Luxury hotel. Connecting JR Okayama station. Near to Aeon Mall. Accept early drop off baggage prior to checkin. Breakfast is costly 5,000 yen. Otherwise everything is good including space
