First time to Albania

As a family of 6 it was tricky to find good standard accommodation in Albania but this villa stood out. It is a beautiful villa but it is looking a bit tired and in need of some refresh. We had some minor issues with no hot water but the property manager was very responsive, friendly, helpful and sorted the issues promptly. We would have liked an outdoor table up near the pool rather than near the BBQ where we were mre likely to be bitten. Need insect sprays in the villa and would have appreciated the check in instructions earlier as arrived albania with no access to phone. Video on entry was also misleading as there are several villas and the video needs to be individualised. Stunning views over the lake. Would have liked more info in the villa on where to go, eat, how things worked. Also in the UK we would have left a welcome basket with milk bread and a few essentials to get going.
