The hotel was exquisite! Comfortable beds and modern decor. Extremely comfortable. We got breakfast with our stay and we're so glad we did. What an amazing spread! The only thing lacking was juice. Highly recommended!

Great stay

Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

Decent peaceful vacation spot

I really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

食事が本当に種類豊富で素晴らしかったのですが、夕食で子供がケチャップを欲しがったのでスタッフの方に聞きましたが、無いと言われ出してもらえませんでした。朝食ではケチャップたくさんあったんですが。。。 子供はケチャップ欲しがる子が多いと思うので、お願いしたら出して欲しかったです。
