We were unable to stay at this property due to several cleanliness issues. There were cockroaches everywhere, the bed sheets were worn out, and we found human hair all over them. When we brought this to the manager’s attention, they questioned the housekeeper, but no action was taken. Instead, the manager told us to find accommodations elsewhere and suggested we contact Expedia for a refund. Unfortunately, I haven’t had any luck securing a refund yet, though they assured us we wouldn’t be charged.
