Located near the famous Grand Park Sports Campus, you'll find this large and inviting, fun house equipped with all you need to keep your group entertained. In the heart of Sheridan, this rare find is sure to exceed your expectations with all the space (& amenities) you'll need for your short or long-term stay. Skip the hotel hassle and make your way to our comfy location. Host a movie night, shoot some indoor hoops, or chill out on the patio; we've got options for you!

Our home is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. In regards to sleeping arrangements, we have 23 twin beds, 4 full-size beds, 1 queen bed, 1 futon, and 2 couches (if needed.) In the game area are TVs, an indoor basketball hoop, an indoor ping pong table, and wall tic-tac-toe. Guests have access to a full kitchen with lots of counter space for preparing meals for your group. A full-size washer and dryer are also available to our guests during their stay. Should anyone need a designated working space/area, please feel free to utilize the table and chairs within the game room area.

This space is perfect for a team or large group coming in for tournaments or games hosted by Grand Park Sports Campus. Sleeping about a total of 30 people, you're in the perfect location to make your commute to and from the campus, making time to relax between sessions a breeze.

Overall we made the place work for our family gathering. However, those of us of older ages struggled a bit with the steps to upstairs where all the bedrooms are. This is a perfect spot for those large groups of preteen and teen athletes looking for a reasonably priced place to sleep everyone. There were not enough comfortable places to sit for our group and the place was smaller than the pictures make it appear. The host provided an extra table at our request and responded to our questions quickly before our visit.

Fantastic Family Football weekend

Our family has a lot of teens, and this place was a perfect meet-up for the cousins! The beds were surprisingly comfy and cozy. Communication with the host was excellent and they were so gracious to us.

AAO Flight 16U & 15U basketball teams

Perfect house for our two youth basketball teams. We were 15 min to the Pacer Center and 20 min to Farmer’s Bank Fieldhouse, the two facilities we played at. We had one issue all weekend and it was solved the next morning. We will be Back!
