民楽駅から5分ほど。フロントは英語が通じない。深圳北駅の早朝の新幹線を利用する為に宿泊したが民楽駅の始発が0645分の為タクシーを呼んで5分ほどで着いた。徒歩だと地図上では2kmだがフロントの人は4kmとの事で距離は不明。住宅地の一画にある。やや不便

Hotels.com is terrible !!

You advertised the room is 83 sq meter on your web and I end up with a room which is less than 20 sq meter !! Your customer service who are all from India can’t even understand the difference between sq meter and sq feet ! they lie about making a call to the hotel which they have never do so with me alone standing at the front desk at 1 a.m. !! TERRIBLE SERVICE !!
