The room and the location were fine, but my room kept getting filled with cigarette smoke from other rooms coming in through the vents. I called the front desk and they said they would find out who it was and tell them to stop. After a while it did stop. The next day the same thing happened, and I called again. It turns out that the previous day the smoke stopped probably because the neighbor went to sleep. The genius from the front desk told me that the previous night they sent someone up and that nobody was smoking outside my room. OMG. I told him again that the smoke was coming through the HVAC system. They sent someone up. We could smell the smoke in the hallway outside a couple of rooms. They refused to knock on those rooms even though the TV as on in one of them. Their solution: open the windows in the hallway. Needless to say, the smoke kept coming in till the smoker went to sleep. Never staying here again.
