叫車不專業

住房大致還好，房價也合理。退房時請前枱叫車 也馬上叫 但等了15分鐘車沒來 再問一次才打去問車行，還是沒來 再問說快到 結果等30分鐘都沒到 最後自己叫網約車。應是車行問題 但酒店人員跟催也不專業。那家車行要淘汰了。

Best western hotel is good

Bestern western hotel is in Baoan in shenzhen. It is not far away from Baoan airport, 30~40 minutes by cab. There's shopping mall with some chinese restaurant near by hotel. I use this hotel as it is quite comfortable with reasonable price. I am ok hotel is just clean in the room as I usually do not use any facility in hotel.

Overall a great hotel, Western brand with Chinese management so some small expectations miss the mark a little. However, staff very helpful and friendly with at least a couple on shift with a grasp of English. room layout and appointments are very good.
