The room and facilities are great, we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi, the breakfast buffet was nice too, their Chinese restaurant also got a good menu, the hotel is surrounded by IT and network company offices, facing SZ University, very dark and quiet in the evening, subway entry at the basement makes transport more convenient.

今次入住的目的為結婚週年紀念，入住前已通知酒店望作簡單佈置安排，但入住當日職員沒有提及，也沒有任何安排，有點失望。地鐵出來是大廈地面，但剛好在做工程，不單沒圍欄，門口保安也沒欄著客人，感覺非常不安全。另外一個辦法是扶手電梯去計程車專用大堂進出，可能是地理位置的問題，整體感覺總是不太好。另外上checkin大堂在46樓，安排了41樓房間，所以每次進出必須由41樓先上46樓，再轉電梯由46下到3梯，再扶手電梯去地鐵站，頭暈了。房間好整潔，可以說是以磨砂趟門分格開床的部分，及淋浴，馬桶，浴缸，衣櫃部分，所以入住必須是親密的伴侶，不然也會看到磨砂門另一邊的影子。早餐非常豐富，中式西式湯麵生果也有齊。

大堂：寬敞，樓頂高，空間位十足。check in:排隊等了五分鐘左右，都算快。服務員都好有耐性，解答我問題。房間：整潔，寬敞。床和枕頭：不太軟，軟硬度適中。自助早餐：因為太多人，編排我們比較遠的位置。後來叫經理再安排，服務員先再認真找個好位置給我們。吃完食物之後，沒有人收碟直至叫服務員來收。服務員質素真是要多培訓。食物選擇：都不是太多。泳池：因為太多人（大概早上十時），遊泳時候沒有多空間，如果想遊泳要早一點到。有一個暖水池，按摩噴水出口祇有一個功能正常，其他按摩位沒有噴水出來。不知道其他噴水位是否壞了，這個要扣分。男士桑拿房維修。訂房的時候，網頁沒有提及。這點有點失望。
